Longtime clients of Dumais approached the studio to design a second home they were building in Windsor, the exclusive residential community situated 90 miles up the coast from Palm Beach.

Light, natural linens and cottons keep the overall atmosphere summery, as do the architecturally graphic open staircase and poured-concrete floors. Meanwhile, relaxed upholstery and other mid-century touches add classic sophistication. The overall effect is bright, easy and livable, bringing the outdoors in.
